WARSCHAWSKI GROWS CREATIVE DESIGN DIVISION WITH ADDITION OF THREE NEW PROJECTS

BALTIMORE, February 29, 2008 -- Warschawski, a full-service public relations, marketing and branding firm, announced today the growth of its Creative Design Division with the addition of three new projects. Warschawski will handle creative design work for the Capital Funding Group, Inc., GORE-TEX® Brand and Sharp Energy. Terms of the agreements were not disclosed.

For the Capital Funding Group, a recognized national leader in commercial mortgage lending specializing in healthcare loans, Warschawski will create an advertising campaign that focuses on the company’s Housing and Urban Development (HUD) financing offering for healthcare facilities. The advertisements will promote the company’s expertise in the healthcare industry and appear in national trade publications.

Warschawski was selected to develop the creative design elements of a national marketing campaign for W.L. Gore, a leading manufacturer and licensor of advanced technology products including the GORE-TEX® and WINDSTOPPER® brands, to promote its travel footwear business. The GORE-TEX® campaign includes website design, viral email campaigns, an advertising campaign, and retail promotion items.

Sharp Energy, a leading propane energy provider for the Delmarva Peninsula serving more than 34,000 customers, selected Warschawski to develop a comprehensive website. Sharp Energy is a subsidiary of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) based in Dover, Delaware.
