John has a keen eye for innovative strategy and ability to execute campaigns quickly and efficiently all while serving the needs of a broad range of clients.
John oversees and manages Warschawski’s Washington D.C. office, and leads all Governmental, Public Affairs and Lobbying work for clients, as well as new business development.
Prior to joining Warschawski, John worked as a Strategic Executive, proactively shaping public policy to enhance reputations, open markets and create business opportunities. John has served as Chief Legal Officer and VP of Government and Public Affairs at the SOHO Resource Group, Inc., and launched a successful government relations consulting company, CERO Strategies, LLC.
Throughout his career, John has served in a variety of roles, including the first Lobby Guide for About.com, a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Technology Policy Committee, and as the Director of State Legislative and Regulatory Advocacy for the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, to name a few. In addition to his impressive repertoire, John is a registered lobbyist, certified mediator and a certified regulatory attorney.
Hesse received his B.A. in American Government from Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania, and his J.D. from Hofstra University in New York.
