Nicole brings extensive experience in account management and integrated marketing campaign strategy and execution.
In her role as director, Nicole oversees clients and works with the team to create integrated marketing campaigns that include branding, social media and digital marketing for the agency’s clients.
Prior to Warschawski, Nicole worked as a senior account executive at HZ, a division of BCW, LLC, a fully integrated branding and creative agency, based in Rockville, Md. In her role, Nicole managed digital and traditional campaigns from ideation to execution. Nicole was the direct contact for Fortune 500 clients such as Hilton and Stanley Black & Decker, as well as clients in food and beverage, technology and real estate industries. In addition, she played an instrumental role in overseeing strategic planning and analysis of campaigns to optimize ROI and deliver results.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Communications from James Madison University. Outside of the office, she can be found hiking, enjoying live music or spending quality time with her dog.
