Steph brings extensive experience in account management, creating integrated marketing communications campaigns and brand creation.
In her role as Director, Steph oversees clients and works with the team to create integrated marketing campaigns that include branding, social media, design and digital marketing for the agency’s clients.
Prior to joining Warschawski, Steph was a senior account executive at ADG Creative, a full-stack marketing agency, where she led branding, website and social media strategy for clients, including ShadowDragon and HarborLabs. Steph also served as a technical project manager at R2integrated, a Baltimore-based digital experience agency, creating campaigns for clients, including Lifebridge Health and BGE HOME.
Steph graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Outside the office, she can be found hiking, cooking or reading.
