In fact, we don’t even use the term “internship” or “interns” because it doesn’t accurately reflect what our AA's do.
An intern at Warschawski is considered an Assistant Associate (an AA) and our “internship” program is called our AA Program. AAs play an integral role within the Warschawski team and on client accounts. They are considered and treated as full-time team members.
In addition to administrative duties, our AAs get real hands-on experience working as part of account teams, not merely as observers. At Warschawski, AAs learn how and why strategic decisions are made. They are welcome and encouraged to participate in brainstorming and strategic sessions, and are proactively involved in account work and assisting full-time team members on client work.
Warschawski offers three tracks within our AA Program.
The digital marketing space is one of the most exciting growth verticals within marketing communications, with search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), web analytics and paid social media experts (among others) in high demand. That’s why we’ve developed our Digital Marketing AA track, where talented individuals can gain the skills and hands-on experience across necessary to succeed in this exciting and growing field. If you join our Digital AA team, you’ll be both an active learner, working with a mentor to learn and master key skills, and a contributing member of the W team, helping our clients overcome their digital challenges. During your time as an AA, you’ll be mentored by one of our Senior Digital Strategists – and at the end of your time as an AA, you may have an opportunity to join Warschawski as a full-time team member.
We’re looking for individuals who want to gain both a knowledge of and hands-on experience with the following:
