BALTIMORE – May 20, 2011 – David Warschawski, CEO and founder of Warschawski, a full service branding, PR, marketing, advertising and interactive agency, was selected to present at the American Marketing Association (AMA) of Baltimore’s event, AMA in the AM. His presentation, entitled Integrating Social Media into Marketing Communications, will take place on Wednesday, May 25 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Morton’s Steakhouse, Sheraton Hotel, 300 South Charles Street.
During the event, David will share best practices for incorporating social media into an integrated marcom strategy. He will use real life examples and case studies to discuss how to best use social media and other marketing communications tools to achieve real business results. In addition to learning about social media, attendees will leave the event having learned the impact of brand-centric communications initiatives, the importance of brand clarity, and how to create marketing programs that work to achieve specific business goals.
“As marketers, we have an obligation to our clients to maintain a proper perspective and look at the big picture. Social media is a fantastic platform that allows marketers to reach target audiences in a new way, but that doesn’t mean we should abandon the core principles of marketing communications,” said David Warschawski, CEO and founder of Warschawski. “Warschawski has been successful in creating marketing programs that help to reinforce brand and achieve real business goals. If appropriately implemented, a proper social media strategy can be a very effective way to reach target audiences.”
