BALTIMORE – May 15, 2025 – Warschawski, a fully integrated advertising, digital, PR, branding, and marketing communications agency, today announced the addition of Merry Morud to its growing team. Merry joins the agency as Director of Creative Strategy. In this role, she will oversee all digital creative assets to develop data-driven strategies, prioritizing creative volume and variation, while implementing advanced testing programs and super-charging velocity to improve performance for the agency’s clients.
Merry brings nearly two decades of experience in digital performance marketing and creative optimization. Most recently, she led Global Creative Optimization at Uber for Uber Eats, pioneering efforts to improve digital performance through data-driven creative strategies while unlocking metric-moving insights along the way. Previously at Uber, Merry also managed global rider acquisition for Uber’s paid social division, overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets and cross-functional strategy development. Prior to joining Uber, Merry spent nearly a decade at Aimclear Digital Marketing Agency, specializing in psychographic audience targeting and audience-specific creative strategy, working with Fortune and Global 500 brands such as Airbnb, Square, eBay, 3M and Siemens, to name a few. As a Senior Creative Strategist and later Associate Creative Director, Merry pioneered innovative Facebook PPC initiatives and performance-driven creative strategies that helped brands maximize their digital impact.
