David Warschawski Selected to Deliver Presentation on Sports Marketing at 2013 National Sporting Forum

– October 16, 2012 – David Warschawski, CEO and founder of Warschawski, a full service public relations, marketing, branding, advertising and interactive agency, was selected to present at the National Sports Forum (NSF).  He will lead a session on the Biggest Marketing Myths in 2013 and explain how to overcome them to create great sports marketing results.

The NSF (http://www.sports-forum.com/#) is the largest annual cross-gathering of top team sports marketing, sales, promotion and event entertainment executives in North America.  The conference will take place in Orlando, Florida, on January 27-29, 2013.

Past speakers at the conference include: CEO of Churchill Downs inc., Bob Evans; Chuck Greenberg, chief executive officer of the Texas Rangers; Greg Bibb, executive vice president of business operations for the Washington Wizards; Ron Shapiro, Chairman of Shapiro Negotiations Institute, and Jonathan Blum, Sr. VP of Yum! Brands Inc.

David will host an interactive session debunking prevalent marketing myths today, such as the myth that solely having great external advertising and marketing programs will lead to business success.  He will share how one of the keys to achieving business goals includes having a clearly articulated brand and empowering a business’ most important asset – its internal team.  David will discuss how to clarify a company’s brand DNA and win customers through creating an emotional connection with the target audience and emphasize living brand values internally.

“I am thrilled to be selected to lead this session at the National Sports Forum and speak about my two passions – sports and marketing communications,” commented David Warschawski, CEO of Warschawski.  “As an agency, we have a proven track record of helping clients clarify their brand DNA and creating brand centric marketing programs that help achieve their business goals.  I look forward to sharing these marketing best practices and how to leverage smart marcom strategies to create outstanding business results in the sports world.”
