VP Sam Tomlinson Selected to Present During Leading Senior Care Conference: SMASH 2020

BALTIMORE – October 19, 2020 – Warschawski, a full-service advertising, marketing, digital, public relations, branding, web design, videography, and photography, VR/AR, creative and crisis communications agency, announced today that Sam Tomlinson, Vice President of Strategy and Analytics, will serve as an expert speaker during the 2020 Senior Care Marketing and Sales Summit (SMASH). The three-day virtual conference will take place from October 19 – 23, 2020.  Sam’s session, titled  “Lead Management: Turning Leads into Customers,” will be held on October 21 at 11 a.m. EST.

SMASH is the nation’s leading sales and marketing summit in senior care, bringing together more than 300 senior executives, innovators and industry leading professionals. This is the third consecutive year Sam has been selected to speak at the conference and has been named as one of the highest-rated speakers, year over year.

Sam’s session will focus on one of the most under-discussed components of lead generation: the post-conversion experience. His presentation will begin at the moment a form is submitted or a phone call is made – and cover each of the inflection points from that moment until move-in. During his session, Sam will discuss proven methods for nurturing leads throughout their journey, what to do when an initially-promising lead disappears, and how to identify and manage leads that are not yet sales-ready.
