BALTIMORE – July 20, 2017 – Warschawski, a full service advertising, marketing, digital, public relations, branding, web design, creative and crisis communications agency, announced today that it has been selected by Comprehensive Housing Assistance, Inc. (CHAI), an Agency of the Associated and a Baltimore-based nonprofit housing and community development organization, to create a new website and digital marketing strategy. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Founded in 1983, CHAI provides neighborhoods in Northwest Baltimore with a wide range of financial and community services, including: housing developments, foreclosure and homeownership consultations, community events and senior citizen services. Over the past 34 years, CHAI has developed and/or renovated over 1,700 units of multifamily senior housing, assisted hundreds of first-time homebuyers through counseling, down-payment, renovation and home buying assistance programs, enabled hundreds of low-income seniors to remain in their homes safely and affordably and strengthened local associations and schools systems through community engagement and programming.
An Agency of The Associated, the Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore, and an Equal Housing Opportunity organization, CHAI maintains close working relationships with public agencies at the Federal, State and local levels, as well as with private organizations and non-profit institutions in Baltimore and throughout the State of Maryland.
