BALTIMORE – August 18, 2020 – Warschawski, a full-service advertising, marketing, digital, public relations, branding, web design, videography, and photography, VR/AR, creative and crisis communications agency, announced today it has been selected by Na’aleh: The Hub for Leadership Learning, to develop a new website. Na’aleh, a Centennial initiative of The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore, was formed by bringing together and building upon three successful leadership organizations – ACHARAI: The Shoshana S. Cardin Jewish Leadership Institute (ACHARAI), The Darrell D. Friedman Institute for Professional Development (DFI) and The Associated’s Center for Community Engagement and Leadership (CCEL).
The new website will help to better reflect the mission and values of the organization, and the resources it provides to the Greater Baltimore Jewish community. Na’aleh is one of 27 agencies in the Baltimore area that make up The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore, and works to develop leaders through nurturing their compassion, encouraging their curiosity, strengthening their courage, fostering their gratitude, deepening their humility, sustaining their integrity, and building shared wisdom. Participants are provided with expert led programs, peer to peer support and resources that allow them to learn from their experiences while gaining the latest insights into new and innovative ways of thinking.
Despite social distancing restrictions due to COVID-19, Na’aleh has successfully transitioned to online programming to support its community and has recently introduced new virtual resources, including Tools for Working Virtually, Nourish Your Wellbeing and Leadership in Times of Change.

Na’aleh receives a portion of its funding through The Associated and is provided with access to services including finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, and more. This joint approach helps to ensure that each agency is able to harness the power of a greater network to better achieve collective goals and meet the needs of today’s Jewish leaders.
