Warschawski Completely Redesigns and Renovates its Office for 20th Anniversary

BALTIMORE – March 20, 2017 – Warschawski, a full-service branding, marketing, public relations, advertising, and digital agency announced today the completion of a total overhaul of its Mt. Washington headquarters. The entire office was redesigned, renovated and newly decorated from top to bottom as part of Warschawski’s 20th Anniversary celebration.

Warschawski’s CEO David Warschawski and his wife, Rachel Steinberg Warschawski, an artist and designer whose background is in architecture, spearheaded the remodel from conception to completion. The goal was to create a clean and modern design aesthetic that was cool, sleek, fun and inviting, with plenty of common spaces for brainstorming, sharing ideas and holding critiques.

The renovation involved a floor-to-ceiling remodel of the agency’s headquarters, including new hardwood flooring throughout the offices, new painting, installation of a modern kitchen and the addition of state-of-the-art finishes, along with all new office furnishings, décor and wall art. Warschawski’s revamped space features lots of private offices, along with vibrant, creatively-focused common spaces, a redesigned creative lounge, multiple conference rooms and a stand-up work area. All spaces are full of light and energy due to the many all window walls in the office.

“Our main goal for the office was to give everyone an atmosphere that encourages collaboration, creativity and strategic thinking infused with a cool and fun vibe,” said Warschawski’s Founder and CEO David Warschawski. “The wonderful thing about our setup is that it provides our senior team – along with many junior team members – with their own office, enabling us to have a great balance of privacy when desired mixed with plenty of spaces for encouraging and maximizing collaboration.”

“We’re a decidedly different kind of agency in that we want to provide our team with the flexibility to close their door, eliminate distractions and buckle down, or to collaborate with one another in one of our fantastic common spaces as they please, commented Warschawski COO, Shana Harris.  “This type of office is very uncommon in the industry, but we believe it is a key component of our success, and one of the many reasons why we are able to attract great talent and produce world-class work much more efficiently and effectively than other agencies.”

“I always loved working at Warschawski, and the new office design makes it that much better of a place to work,” said Eleana Collins, a Director at Warschawski. “Having so many bright, open and vibrant common spaces adds to our agency culture and energizes everyone each day while having a private office allows us to maximize productivity and deliver thrilling results for our clients. It really is the best of both worlds!”
