Warschawski Expands Leadership Team with Addition of Industry Leader Susan Wenograd as Vice President of Digital

BALTIMORE – May 19, 2026 – Warschawski, a fully integrated advertising, digital, PR, branding, and marketing communications agency, today announced the appointment of Susan Wenograd as Vice President of Digital. In this role, she will lead the agency’s performance marketing strategy, guiding paid media, advancing measurement frameworks, and driving cross-channel performance across the agency’s client portfolio.

Susan brings more than 20 years of experience in paid media strategy and performance marketing across both agency and in-house leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Paid Media at Mixtape Digital, where she advised agencies and brands on measurement quality, channel investment strategy, and scalable growth planning across increasingly complex media environments. She has also held senior leadership positions including Vice President of Performance Marketing at Marpipe, Director of Paid Acquisition at Nextiva, and Chief Marketing Officer at Aimclear, where she led demand generation strategy across competitive SaaS markets, managed large multi-platform media investments, and drove acquisition efficiency through structured testing and optimization.

A widely recognized industry leader, Susan has delivered keynote presentations and advanced training sessions at premier marketing conferences across the U.S., U.K., and Europe, including SMX, Pubcon, brightonSEO, Digital Summit, HeroConf, Learn Inbound, and Social Media Marketing World. She is also a frequent contributor to leading industry publications such as Search Engine Journal and Search Engine Land, where she shares insights on the evolving dynamics of paid media, measurement, and automation.
