BALTIMORE – August 28, 2023 –

Warschawski, a fully integrated advertising, digital, PR, branding and marketing communications agency, today announced the addition of Sophia Das as director to its team. In her role, Sophia will oversee strategy and work with the team to create integrated marketing campaigns that include branding, social media, design, and digital marketing for the agency’s clients. She will also lead new business development and work closely with the agency’s sister company, W Ventures, and handle marketing communications for its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Warschawski, Sophia was the founder and co-CEO of HOMEBODY, a live streaming platform designed to enable fitness creators to monetize content. Beyond her role in day-to-day operations, Sophia spearheaded all brand development, growth, and strategic marketing initiatives, which cumulated in a noteworthy acquisition in March 2023. Sophia also successfully handled project management and new business development for several startups, and executed marketing campaigns for UNICEF, a United Nations organization aiding children and mothers in developing countries, with close involvement in projects like Trick or Treat for UNICEF and UNICEF’s Kid Power Program.

“We are thrilled to welcome Sophia to the Warschawski family,” said Shana Harris, Warschawski COO. “Her entrepreneurial drive and experience founding her own successful brand along with her spunky personality makes her a great fit for our team. She brings tremendous expertise in all facets of marketing and has fostered strong relationships across many industries with high level companies, nonprofits, and startups that demonstrate her business acumen. We look forward to her growth and success at the W.

Sophia is a proud graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and is currently finishing her MBA in Marketing & Communications at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing the violin, spending time with her family and friends, and exploring new cultures and cuisines.
