Xcel Brands is a New York-based brand management and media company focused on the promotion and sale of fashion and lifestyle products through direct-response television, internet, brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce channels. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Warschawski will work with Xcel Brands on corporate PR to promote the company’s unique business model of “quick-time response” (QTR) fashion that is disrupting and re-inventing the retail industry. Warschawski will create PR and marketing communications activities to help grow brand awareness for Xcel Brands and its distinctive approach to retail.
