Warschawski Retained by XCEL Brands — Owner of the Isaac Mizrahi Brand —

BALTIMORE – June 20, 2012 – Warschawski, a full service branding, marketing, public relations, advertising and interactive agency, announced today that it has been selected to create and execute marketing communications strategies for Xcel Brands, Inc., the owner of the Isaac Mizrahi brands, including Isaac Mizrahi New York, IsaacMizrahiLIVE! and Isaac Mizrahi Jeans.  The company also designs the Liz Claiborne New York brand for QVC.  Warschawski will work with Xcel Brands, Inc. to execute a number of marketing communications activities.  Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
