BALTIMORE – February 23, 2012 – Warschawski, a full service branding, marketing, public relations, advertising and interactive agency, announced today the addition of The Topps Company (Topps) to its client roster. Warschawski will partner with Topps (www.topps.com), preeminent creator and brand marketer of sports cards, entertainment products and distinctive confectionery, to develop a marketing communications strategy surrounding the release of Topps baseball cards that will debut in June. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Founded in 1938, The Topps Company’s leading sports and entertainment products include Major League Baseball, National Football League, English Premiere League, Bundesliga, Indian Premiere League, WWE, UFC, Wacky Packages, Garbage Pail Kids and other trading cards, sticker album collections and collectible games.
The card company will work with Warschawski to build awareness for the 2012 release of its collectible gold series baseball cards, which celebrate Golden Moments, shining achievements, promising young players and more.
