Each year, The Daily Record’s Reader Rankings celebrate the most respected and trusted businesses in Maryland across a wide range of industries. The two-part process begins with an open call for nominations, followed by reader voting to determine the top five finalists in each category. In May, more than 4,000 nominations were submitted, and nearly 20,000 votes were cast by readers and website visitors—making it one of the most competitive years to date.
