The webinar will be hosted by the American Bankers Association, representing banks of all sizes, and two million dedicated employees. Shana will be speaking alongside Shelly Loftin, Senior Vice President of Retail Banking, Lending and Payments at American Bankers Association.

The “Online Reputation Management: Managing Crisis Situations” webinar will explore the changing landscape of crisis communications, how to best prepare for a crisis and how to control it in a social-media centric world. Attendees will walk away with a framework for updating their current crisis communications plan and best practices for creating one.
