Always Aiming for the Top

As a way to help Chesapeake Utilities Corporation celebrate being named a “Top Workplace” for the 5th year in the row, Warschawski created and implemented an integrated marketing campaign where the company would celebrate its win with the entire community via a pay-it-forward free coffee campaign. The campaign invited all members of the community to enjoy a free cup of coffee from Chesapeake Utilities Corporation for a set time period.

The overarching goals of the campaign were to:

  • Increase brand awareness
  • Create a positive brand experience in key regions of operation: Delmarva, Ohio and Florida
  • Demonstrate how the company cares about its employees and the communities it serves
  • Drive increased engagement – defined as coffee sales and website visits

Warschawski identified and coordinated efforts with several regional coffee shops, and then implemented a comprehensive marketing and advertising plan to generate awareness and participation in the campaign.
