David utilizes his strong expertise in UI and JavaScript to find new ways to solve problems for our clients, always pushing the boundaries to find new solutions.

As Director of Development, David designs, builds and maintains client websites, databases, apps and email campaigns, as well as manages new digital projects and ad campaigns.

David Rico joined Warschawski in 2016 as a Junior Web Developer and has been promoted several times. During his time with the agency, David has assisted in developing websites, email campaigns and digital projects for many of the agency’s clients, including Dole, Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK); Janet, Janet & Suggs, LLC; Dora’s Naturals, Alex Cooper Auctioneers, JMT and Biologics Consulting, among others.

David has a strong knowledge of UI and expertise in JavaScript web applications. He has a keen eye for optimizing key differentiators within projects which consistently result in higher conversion rates, and results for clients.

David studied Mass Communications at Harford Community College and Liberal Arts at St. John’s College in Santa Fe, NM. In his spare time, David enjoys hiking, reading, and trying new foods.
