This is a great opportunity for a creative print and digital designer in our Baltimore / Washington DC office. You will work closely as part of a team of marketing professionals, designers and developers for clients across a range of industries.
You will be involved in the creative process from beginning to end — from strategic conception to delivery. We move very quickly, and being able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines is a must.
We are looking for a sharp, dedicated, and ambitious designer who is comfortable designing for both print and web. Projects may include logo and identity pieces, print, digital advertising and front-end web design. The successful candidate must possess strong technical development, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills as well as exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
Like everyone else on our team, you should be a great generalist who’s creative and eager to learn new things, while staying on top of current industry trends. Your duties will include design, participating in critiques, and modifying work to incorporate internal and external feedback. Telecommuting/offsite will not work for this position.
