We are looking for an entrepreneurial, results-driven SEO Specialist that will own search engine optimization programs for clients and be accountable for driving key SEO KPIs for those clients (including but not limited to: SERP visibility, organic traffic volume and organic conversions/conversion rate). This individual will also be responsible for owning internal SEO processes and working cross-functionally to ensure alignment across creative, UI/UX, development and digital marketing teams.
Exceptional communication skills, incredible attention to detail, a boundless desire to learn and a “can-do” attitude are essential for success in this role.
In this position, you will be integral in the development and execution of SEO strategies, processes, tactics, and measurement for the agency’s clients. This involves everything from performing robust data analysis to content conceptualization, creation, development, implementation, monitoring & reporting.
This individual will function as an internal subject matter expert in guiding technical teams (developers) and non-technical teams (account managers, digital strategy) on the best approach for SEO for new website features, functionality, and improvements (i.e. site architecture, canonicalization, web crawlability and indexability, page speed, markup, etc.).
Telecommuting and/or remote working will not work for this position.
