Junior Creative Associate 1- 4 years of experience
This is a great opportunity for a talented designer/web developer. You will work in our Baltimore / Washington DC office designing print and digital pieces as well as providing front end development for websites, bringing the most thorough and engaging products possible to the end-user.
You will be involved from beginning to end -- from strategic conception and outline/storyboarding to delivery to client. We move very quickly and your opinions are demanded.
We are looking for a sharp, dedicated, and ambitious designer, to help us design and create print pieces and provide website production. The successful candidate must possess strong technical development, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and must exhibit exceptional follow-through and attention to detail. You must be self-motivated and understand our shared vision and execute accordingly.
You'll be responsible for analyzing assigned tasks, and creating exciting visuals that communicate the client's business goals. Your duties will include designing, participating in critiques, facets of web production, coding, and modifying work to incorporate internal and external feedback. And like everyone else on our team, you should be a great generalist, constantly willing to learn new things and use the best tools for the job.
Telecommuting/offsite will not work for this position.
